We lease the property as your corporate tenant and pay the agreed rent on the agreed date, every month — whether it's occupied or not.

Finding and keeping occupants is our job. Your rent does not pause between them.

No fees to you
No management, set-up or letting fees. Our work is paid for by how we run the property, not by you.
